2. Business to Business (B2B) Operations
Vercai Rugs operates as a wholesale supplier and dropship partner primarily serving retail businesses. By registering for our B2B portal, you warrant that you are a registered business entity and that the purchases made are for commercial resale purposes.
3. Orders and Fulfillment
All orders placed via our B2B portal or directly with our sales team are subject to stock availability and final confirmation. In the case of our dropshipping service, Vercai Rugs agrees to fulfill and ship the specified items directly to the end consumer on behalf of the registered retail partner. Delivery times provided are estimates and are not legally binding.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are strictly confidential and are made available to approved B2B partners only. All prices exclude VAT and shipping costs unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payment terms must be agreed upon prior to dispatch, and failure to meet these terms may result in delayed shipments or suspension of your account.
5. Returns and Claims
Claims regarding defective products or transport damage must be reported in writing within 5 business days of receipt of the goods. Vercai Rugs reserves the right to request photographic evidence before approving any return or replacement. For dropshipped goods, the retail partner remains the primary point of contact for the end consumer.
6. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and catalogs, is the property of Vercai Rugs or its content suppliers and is protected by European and international copyright laws.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
